Coping During COVID-19

If you’re feeling anxious…

Take a deep breath, you are not alone. These are truly unprecedented times and we’re all feeling anxious. We’ve gathered a few resources to protect your mental health during this time of global high stress. Maybe it’s in your best interest to log off social media and turn the news off for a bit. We encourage you to take time to breathe, laugh, and be in the present moment. Do your best to eat healthy, move your body, and practice gratitude. And remember if you need anything, our therapists are available for online sessions. If we can’t accommodate you, we are committed to connecting you to another therapist nearby. Support is just a click away.
